چکیده
Current trends in consumer electronics demand progressively lower-voltage supplies. In this work, the aim is to utilize high efficiency low voltage DC-DC conversion which will efficiently generate each low supply voltage from a single battery source for portable devices. The converter is designed in a commercially available AMS® 0.35 μm CMOS technology and simulations performed in the Cadence Analog Environment by using Bsim3v3 model for the transistors indicate successful operation [1].
